If we judged presidents in this country... (and Paris Hilton)

as we judge the general population, how many of the ones we had in the 20th century would go to jail? GWB would definitely wind up going, but how many deaths of innocent people throughout Latin America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East througout the last century were enabled or caused by American foreign policy?

The point is that if W gets the judgment he deserves, the rest of our presidents need to be judged as well, at least by history. Presidents of this country, Bush included, ARE NOT TREATED THE SAME WAY AS THE GENERAL POPULATION. But not because of that we are gonna give any common lawbreakers, including Paris Hilton or John Doe, a pass.

The argument that Paris should not be in jail because Bush is not in prison doesn't have any weight, and our history proves it.

If Bush is one day judged as a criminal by our system or any international system, I hope the memories of other presidents are judged as well.
