Moran Sanchez on CNN castigating Dubya-toons creator:
Is it appropriate to be irreverent towards the President of the US? Is it good for children to see cartoons questioning our Institutions and our President and VP? Questions like that...

Faux questions...

1. There was no problem doing so when Clinton was President.
I don't see any problem now.

2. Yes there's a problem with this "cartoon" . . .
Why wasn't it produced years ago?

(I have to admit, I haven't a clue what this show may be or what it's about, only answering Faux's rhetorical question.

3. "Is it appropriate "??? It is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED!
It is 100% necessary to encourage critical participation in a "participatory" form of government.

4. Historical precident
is against him. Go back and look at the political cartoons lampooning Andrew Jackson or Abraham Lincoln (who was dubbed "the original gorilla"-calling Bush The Chimp sounds downright friendly in comparison), both Roosevelts, LBJ, and Nixon.

6. Isn't other countries making this "inappropriate" something they're mocked for?
That was certainly the impression I was under.

11. Rick Sanchez must have been picked by a focus group from the 10th Percentile.
He oozes a kind of lowbrow hokeyness that makes me ashamed to own a TV set.
