Just on CNN. Maybe justice still does exist, though he should never have been sent to prison to begin with.

2. As glad as I am he is finally out this is a clear example of why justice does NOT exist
at least not in this country.

To have a young man serve over 4 years for this is an absolute disgrace to our "justice system" and shows we need some serious reforms. You might not hear about it but this type of shit happens to poor, mostly black, americans that don't have the resources to defend themselves every single day.

3. AJC says he's still in jail pending appeal by the state.
Did CNN show Vid of him actually outside the jail and going home? I hope so.

Though this article has been amended since I first posted it in another thread about 10 minutes ago

that whole case was such a travesty.

Edit:

According to MSNBC, he has NOT been released! A judge has voided his sentence, but the state is appealing, and he is expected to remain in prison during the appeal.

6. No
the judge hasn't ruled that. Libby hasn't been sentenced yet. By all accounts, he will not remain free pendng appeal.

And Genarlow Wilson's conviction was not overturned - just his sentence.
