1. Douglas County is about as backward as any county can get without being in MS or AL.
He didn't like the big bad black man violatin the pretty pure baby pink white girls.

Mind you they haven't arrested a white 17 yr old young male for having oral sex with a white 15 year old young woman ...nor a
black 17 year old young maile for having oral sex with a black 15 year old young woman

2. I live about one mile from the Douglas County line
and I assure you, Douglas County isn't SHIT compared to some of the dirtwaters I've been in in South Georgia. They're nowhere near as bad.
