"Wage Law Doesn't Cover Home-Care Workers, Top U.S. Court Rules
By Greg Stohr

June 11 (Bloomberg) -- Federal minimum-wage and overtime rules don't apply to home-care workers employed by companies and other organizations, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled.

The high court reinstated a 32-year-old Labor Department regulation that a New York-based federal appeals court had struck down."
