2. The page 9 sticker is the encryption key for HD DVD. |
|
Basically, the point of that is to show how stupid it is to let companies dictate what you can watch on what hardware and when.
So they "made it really hard to break." And it was broken on the day of release. So, the only people who are stuck using HD DVD media in the MPAA's DRM scheme are honest people who don't know how to put that code to work.
Security through obscurity fails. And the sticker is another example of how easy it is to thwart it.

5. Hey, you're right! Do you think that means something or is one just wrong? |

7. It's done just in case they get a take-down order. |
|
But, this number means nothing, officer. The number that they are trying to hide is clearly noted as 0F F9... on thousands of other sites.

12. Excellent! The mug, especially. You can arrange photos' positions, add lettering, colors, etc. |

I "made" one for a friend with 3 concert pix, with the dates underneath. It was beautiful!
I forgot to add magnets to my list! I made one of a photo from DU---"Ruprecht Bush" is now on my fridge!

8. You can make your own T-Shirt with slogans |
|
Get the T Shirt Paper....scan the item or print it out from somewhere on the web or where ever..and then just iron it on the TShirt. It lasts quite a long time...I have printed out pictures of my grand children, cats etc. and they look nice.

9. Yes, but there is so much more there than just T-shirts, I just joined the site... |
|
...just now, and am thinking about making my own Note cards or Holiday cards with my own photographs on them!
Plus, I think a lot of people who post here might want 20 to 50 T-shirts and bumper stickers for groups or clubs they belong to.
Also, I'm a Professional Photographer (though currently unemployed), so if the quality is good, I might even put some of them up for sale. I doubt this will replace me having to find a new job, but it could help a little.
