Question for the die-hard George Bush lovers... |
|
If Dubya has been doing such a great job as president... if his two terms as president have been so successful...
Then why not run Dick Cheney for president in 08, and keep going with the Bush/Cheney policies?
Oh, I know Cheney says he's not interested... then again, he said he wasn't interested in being VP in 2000 either. But then he nominated himself. So lets not rule anything out.
I see all kinds of people trying to get Al Gore into the race, and I see people trying to get Wes Clark into the race. If Bush/Cheney is so damn great, how come nobody is petitioning for a Cheney candidacy?
Buehler?????
How's this for a ticket: Cheney-Rumsfeld 08: Stay the Course!!!

3. No, I'm just putting the question out there in general... |
|
If you know any true Bush lovers, why not ask them this question?

6. Then this thread is not for you, or anyone you might ever talk to. |
|
So I don't know why you'd bother to post in a thread which seems to maybe irritate you a little.
But thanks for the bump back to the top.

watching the repukes go down the tubes in '08. All the bumper stickers and war drum pounding going for not. Its the kind of thing that helps one sleep at night.

7. They'll probably make some remark about him being in bad health |

Although, I don't know very many proud Bush lovers. The opeople that I know who are Republicans are at least a little bit embarassed about how he has been doing as president.

8. I think any honest Republican would have to admit that GWB |
|
has been a pretty poor example of a conservative, and an even poorer president.
I personally don't know any who are still cheerleading. The ones I do know are hoping that the US can eke out some kind of victory in Iraq, but are not very optimistic.
