Contact the FCC . . . . NOW (Before June 15) . re: Net Neutrality
(alert from PDA)
FCC is taking public comments until June 15.

Progressive Democrats of America filed their remarks
(http://pdamerica.org/articles/misc/2007-06-13-20-26-00-misc.php)

You can add your support here:

Kevin J. Martin
Chairman, Federal Communications Commission

This is a massively important issue for DU, and for the voices of ALL Americans who use the internet as their primary information gathering machine.

The Internet is the new PUBLIC SQUARE! It is absolutely necessary to keep this line of communication open and as uncorrupted as possible. It should be enshrined into our Constitutional right of assembly as soon as possible. (I know, I know.. amendments are HARD)

PLEASE send a note to the address above to let him know that it is very very important

1. Thanks Annabanna!! I was just getting ready to post this important action!
:) Today is the last day to post comments at the FCC!!

Internet Integrity: Support Democracy on the Internet

PDA stands with every American for Net Neutrality and Internet Integrity.

Today PDA filed comments with the FCC to protect Net Neutrality.

We encourage you to do the same.

At this critical time in the history of our country nothing is more important than open, impartial
and unfettered access to the Internet for all citizens. Net Neutrality guarantees that access and
provides equal opportunity for all. The Internet is the greatest engine of free speech and business
opportunity the world has ever seen.

Nothing is more important for the future of small 'd' democracy than the preservation of the
Internet and its integrity as a public infrastructure, not unlike the Interstate Highway System.

We encourage you to http://capwiz.com/pdamerica/issues/alert/?alertid=9884706&PROCESS=Take+Action">take action now on this vital issue in order to preserve our inalienable rights
to free speech and equal opportunity.

The FCC is accepting public comments until June 15.

Our democracy demands your participation!

Your participation in this critical action to open the airwaves and create more competition
and access to the Internet must by accomplished by June 15th.

Please Act Now!
