Former WH official Sara Taylor picks up same lawyer who represented Clinton during Lewinsky scandal

“Ms. Taylor takes her responsibilities as a citizen very seriously and she is hopeful the White House and Congress are quickly able to work out an appropriate agreement on her cooperation with the Senate’s proceedings,” Eggleston said in a statement. Eggleston, now with the firm of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in Washington, represented then-President Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky scandal, and fought efforts to force White House lawyers to testify in that matter.
