I read the important parts. It's pretty sad stuff, yeah. "Yes, the Supreme Court ruled differently, but look, Scalia dissented and that's more important! And you just know the DC Circuit is dying to agree with Scalia and go against the majority decision that's now binding legal precedent!" Uh huh.

7. What an insult from the Judge! I'm a lawyer and if a Judge

ever said that my brief was 1st year law student quality, I go find a hold and bury myself in it! These guys are a real insult to the profession and to anyone who respects the rule of law. I hope the Judge throws the book at Libby.
