looking for link

adding: Must report in next 4 to 6 weeks...however SL can file for an emergency stay with appellate court. Probably wouldn't work.

16. Scooter should have been removed from the courtroom in cuffs and
taken straight to the jail. He has been free all this time.

Paris is still in jail - she has not even received fair treatment - having been given a longer sentence than anyone else for the same driving with an expired license offense.

Scooter is no better than Paris - GO STRAIGHT TO JAIL!

21. He has 10 days to appeal the decision to the DC Circuit, and then
the prison system has a process they use to pick a spot for him to serve his time. Jeff Tubin wxplained this on CNN. He said the convict can make a request for somewhere close to his home town, or in Bob Nay's case on that had an alcohol treatment program. All requests are not honored, but they are considered. I guess all that takes some time to work out.

7. So, If I understand correctly - unless bu$h issues an immediate pardon
Libby will do at least a few days in jail.
Correct me if I am wrong

12. If he pardons him before he has to report, he won't serve any time.
I don't think Chimp will. But we shall see.

17. You might be right - Scooter is one of Cheney's guys NOT Bushs's...
If he was one of Bush's cronies he'd be pardoned already.

19. Yeah but isn't it um, 'odd' that Cheney has never spoken with him since conviction?
Well, he might have been lying about that, however. Who knows?

20. Bush can give him a Respite

or a series of them.

It will be extended until Bush leaves office at which time he can pardon Libby.

Libby will NEVER go to jail.
