We've Been Told There'd Be Hell To Pay : Let The Neo-Con Tantrums Begin |
|
Yes, throughout this process we've been told that if the judge sent Scooter directly to jail before his appeals were finished there'd been hell to pay. Of course, where these people (and I use the term loosely) are concerned, they're all hat and no cattle. Let's see if the foot stomping begins. And, how much good it does.

Cry baby cry Make your mother sigh She's old enough to know better.
The king of Marigold was in the kitchen Cooking breakfast for the queen The queen was in the parlour Playing piano for the children of the king.
Cry baby cry Make your mother sigh She's old enough to know better So cry baby cry.
The king was in the garden Picking flowers for a friend who came to play The queen was in the playroom Painting pictures for the childrens holiday.
Cry baby cry Make your mother sigh She's old enough to know better So cry baby cry.
The duchess of Kircaldy always smiling And arriving late for tea The duke was having problems With a message at the local bird and bee.
Cry baby cry Make your mother sigh She's old enough to know better So cry baby cry.
At twelve o'clock a meeting round the table For a seance in the dark With voices out of nowhere Put on specially by the children for a lark.
Cry baby cry Make your mother sigh She's old enough to know better So cry baby cry cry cry cry baby Make your mother sigh.
She's old enough to know better Cry baby cry cry cry cry Make your mother sigh She's old enough to know better So cry baby cry.

7. The President Will Not Intervene In The Appeals Process |

According to MSNBC. Tranlation: You're screwed Scooter.
Veep says, speaking as a friend, he hopes Scooter has a successful appeal. Translation: You're so screwed Scooter.

Took a peek, an unusual circumstance for me. Some are more realistic than I would expect, and don't hold out much hope for Scooter. I'm thinking they really don't like * much over there. I agree with the one who advised the Scooter to spill the beans.

"If Libby does one day in the joint, Bush’s name will be mud with the people who elected him."
"I’ve lost all faith in the President at this point. Every day, he gets farther away from what I thought I was getting when I voted for him twice."
"Sheesh. This administration can’t close up shop fast enough for me at this point."
"Just shows how cowardly Bush has become. "
"If Bush wants to pardon him there is nothing to stop him. If he is an ingrate prick and does not do so he can go back to Crawford and hide in the bottom of a Jim Beam bottle."
"I’m ordering my ‘FREE SCOOTER LIBBY!’ t-shirt." (Shopping is the response to Life, the Universe, and Everything?)
"I have more faith in the Easter Bunny." (I knew the faith-based crowd would weigh in.)
"It is a legal lynching." (It looks like Clarence Thomas posts on FreeRepublic.)
"Bush is hiding under his desk. And, he does not know how to fill out the pardon forms." (Well, you guys voted for the coward.)
"I wonder if they will house him in the Martha Stewart Wing?" (This FReeper wants Scooter to have a sex-change operation. Well, I could go along with that half-way.)
"OK Dubya, I think you are a cowardly little punk who forgets his friends." (Sounds like a Sopranos fan.)
"I wouldn’t blame him if he left the country." (Ahhh... the 'love it or leave it' crowd weighs in.)
I can only think that board is populated with 16-year-olds on meth.

15. Exactly. Let's see the fearsome onslaught of the besmirched 'pukes. |

Maybe our peers will realize that they've been sold a bunch of hooey about just how much "power" these pasty skinned pudgy sexually repressed thieves have. Seriously, everybody is giving these freaks way too much power over them.
