in that bad of shape? the issue here has less to do with Scooter Libby, and all to do with protecting Cheney. Cheney is the once-removed protectee as it seems the thought of serving just one day may break Libby's will. Libby must be Paris Hilton fragile as he goes through the process. The prosecutors certainly are not going to mind if Libby wants to tell them things to avoid jail, but Team Libby is going to exhaust every avenue and legal bread crumb meanwhile.
C'mon Libby, suck it up like Martha Stewart.:crazy:
