Any deals cut with them require them to not only testify truthfully, but to fully reveal all they know --guaranteed.

Put those three in a room, ask the right questions, and you get Rove (and most likely Bush and Cheney).

The subpoenoes to Taylor and Miers were issued AFTER the Committee's learned what Goodlin and Sampson and McNulty have divulged.

They will not cooperate with congress on the matter of subpoenas. It is setting up a constitutional showdown. I think the only option that will be given is for congress to call the capitol police and arrest the subpoenaed individuals, arrested for contempt of congress.
