I know when the Southern Judge decided she didn't like me much she sure didn't waste any time at the end of the case, as a matter of fact I signed my appeal with cuffs on.. THEN they LOST the key, so I was cuffed for no reason after that while I waited. Found out later I could have sued the court for KIDNAPPING as Legally I was a FREE man then :)

If Libby is pardoned he will lose 5th Amendment Rights and can be called by Congress to testify Under Oath. While the Appeals are ongoing there will be no Pardon. The Appeals could go on for at least a year. It is possible that the Appeal could be dropped. Then things could change. I doubt that Busholini will pardon Libby.
