Who gets the $4.4 billion no-bid contract?
Why the sudden urgency from Bush..wants it voted on as soon as next week.

I don't mean to minimize the size of resources of the US, but for God SAKE! From the LARGEST business and all the way donw to my itty bitty household, the MONEY RUNS OUT if you keep spending it in BIG CHUNKS!

Or can we put it on Visa, afterall, life takes Visa and homedepot takes visa and homedepot has fencing, so it's a logical conclusion to presume that we can buy the fence at home depot and pay for it on our Visa card and then write a worthless check to cover the labor installation. Think about it, we'll round up all the people that got screwn working in New Orleans and tell them if they get the fence built in a week, we'll give them a bonus for a timely installation. When they come to collect their pay, we'll just shuttle em off to the other guy or tell them the government check hasn't cleared yet, but to come back in a day or so. After a while the laborers will get tired of coming by trying to get their money, or we can tell them we mailed the checks out and they should get it any day now, wow, we'll blame it on the Postal service. What a win win situation.
