Johnson: So much good blocked by so much bad

Ford: He couldn't walk down a flight of steps and he couldn't hit a golf ball safely, but he was a good man and it showed.

Carter: The most beautiful fish that ever jumped out of water

Reagan: Deceit

Bush: Nothing

Clinton: Come on baby let the good times roll. (you may take that any way you like)

Bush: Every fault of the nation concentrated in one man.

It sounds like you've reduced them to snippets from "mass consciousness" which may or may not be accurate, and certainly aren't representative of everything they did/attempted in office or as human beings.
