As such he's been sitting (taking a crap?) atop the top two issues of the past few years. Regarding immigration (in his "Mexifornia" columns and book), he advocates the "assimilation" model that was the norm in the Southwest in the 1950s: No speaking Spanish on the schoolgrounds, little Latinos need to act like little Anglos (Brownness is make-up?). In Texas, elementary school Hispanics were told that Davy CROCKETT at the Alamo was their role model. This coincided with Fess PARKER's Davy Crockett t.v. series, so this meant some Latino kids wearing coonskin caps.
HANSON's theory is that Dems want to pad the future voting roles with newly minted Latino voters (he knows, I'm sure, that they have to be U.S. Citizens to vote). On Iraq, his theory is that perpetual war is necessary to reinvigorate a nation, keep the juices flowing. (Dry cough.) Some of his kids and relatives are married to Mexican(-Americans) so he is vehement about not being a racist.

NIEZSCHE is one of a group who are often portrayed as strange, impenetrable, and on some weird and original tangent all their own, when the

CHEENEE did a little dance right before the Iraq attack, presenting Victor Davis HANSON to the media as his guru. This dude has been laying out the PNAC working plans for public consumption, the two-pronged thing of
active war (preemptive/proactive) plus "
noble goals" (forcing "democracy" on others). His role has been to dig up historical examples as precedents for what the PNAC-ers want to do anyway.
