why oh why does Congress do business in the middle of the night?


how bizarre is that?

is there any other country on earth that does business in the middle of the night?

I don't like it. It seems secretive and leaves out the public.

In a lot of corporate America people work till late at night. So long as official records are kept, I don't know that i see the problem.

4. Because they know we are all asleep and can't watch
The aids have all gone home therefore not a witness.
Media runs on skeleton crews if they have anyone watching at all.

When no one is watching they can reach into the candy jar and steal the contents before we know what happened.
