Fuck a Bunch of Hearings
I am so god dam sick of this rump Congress we got last fall.

Fuck a bunch of Hearings. I want Special Prosecutors and I want Grand Juries Convened. Maybe the god damned Congress will make the link between the phrase 'high crimes' and the unmistakable label of Felon, as now proudly worn by Scooter Libber. And what will they do when he is pardoned? Not a god dam thing, that is what they will do. Bush is always within his rights as President to do any thing he pleases and it seems well within the rights of the Congress to sit on their collective fat asses and not do a single damned thing about it.

2. What the heck?
It seems you're calling for actual investigative work, instead of just plopping criminals down, and letting them lie about or obscure events. Have you smoked anything today?

3. I agree with you. It sounds like he wants some action, not just lip
service.

Is he crazy?

4. It's these hearings that you're so tired of ...
... that are providing the steady drip, drip, drip of complete loss of confidence in Republicans.

Like you, I wish the Democrats were bolder, but at least the Republicans aren't the steamrollers they used to be.

If we can get Al Gore to run, there will be a renewal of gumption and grit among the Democrats.

6. Do you think Congress convenes grand juries?
You need to study up on how the various branches of government work, methinks.

8. You can't get to those without the committee hearings
not without the presidency and control over the Justice Dept.

Damn legislators like Conyers and Leahy for trying . . . :eyes:
