If Bush is ignoring the laws, then he should be impeached -- and probably even indicted.

Federal officials have disobeyed at least six new laws that President Bush challenged in his signing statements, a government study disclosed yesterday. The report provides the first evidence that the government may have acted on claims by Bush that he can set aside laws under his executive powers.

2. You're right, LuckyTheDog, but the Dems are too.
As long as impeachment is off the table, Dems are ignoring the law.

As for signing statements, Dems should ignore them. You can issue your own signing statements whenever a law passes, but so what.

3. It has been almost a month since Bush signed the new Minimum Wage Bill
and almost a month until it is required to be paid to worker, NOT ONE WORK ON THE DEPT OF LABOR SITE ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!
