Prosecutorial Misconduct
People who were never aware of prosecutorial misconduct have been radicalized by revelations of Mike Nifong's behavior. Wouldn't it be great to see that momentum continue? Let's face it - many prisoners are in jail because the District Attorney withheld exculpatory evidence.

Sadly, I don't expect that there will be any widescale reform of win-at-any-cost prosecutions. Everyday justice will return to business as usual. District attorneys will boast of their high conviction rates, and no one will ask whether fundamental fairness was observed.
