How is W more qualified than any crack head on the street to be the pres.?

Seriously, if bush can the president of the supposedly greatest nation on Earth, than surely any chump, including my own dumb ass could fuck things up just as royally, but maybe not, maybe it takes a very special kind of a man to be this monumentally stupid.

I've been watching the guy for 7 years now, and I swear I've never met anyone this idiotic in my whole life, and I'm gettin' up there in years. We truly have been functioning WITHOUT A PRESIDENT for 6 years now, bush has proven that we don't actually need one to run the country. It'd be nice to have a real president, but bush has lowered the bar to it's maximum depth.

Any one of us, right here, could do a better job of running the country than bush has, literally, no joke. I've seen it debated here, is bush simply pretending to be the president, like reagan before him, or is he really the president? Is he in the oval office because somebody owed daddy bush a favor from the sixties? Is he simply the president because daddy wanted him to be? Did he even WANT to be the president?

And the other candidates running, on BOTH sides, are any of them more qualified to run this nation than any one of us, right here? Does one have to be a multi-millionaire to be president, or can anyone become pres., like our teachers told us?

Clinton, Brownback, Obama, Romney, Biden, Tancredo, Gravel, Paul, Mc Cain, what is the one thing that makes these people more qualified to lead the nation than any one of we the people? ......... Millions and millions and millions of dollars, that's what. They are only looking out for number one, and number one ain't you, you ain't even number two.

The point I can't seem to express is, WE THE PEOPLE should decide how things run and what gets done around here, we live here, we work here, we raise our families and we grow old and die here, we don't need some detached millionaires taking our money and deciding everything for us, we don't need them to protect us, we don't need them to control us, THEY WORK FOR US, and most of us have forgotten that.

The candidates for President for '08 seem mediocre, though I really admire Kucinich. I think Gore has the potential to be one of the great Presidents, if he runs and takes office. I think we're kind of screwed if he doesn't.

Bush is a fool who thinks he can keep issuing currency with no consequences. We are heading into a steeply inflationary period that they won't be able to cover up by fudging the CPI market basket any more. Even those cheap plasma TV sets are going to start going up again.
