1. Yeah, they wouldn't want to USE them on us when we invaded-- |
|
that would kill our soldiers. They just wanted to lethally EMBARRASS us. So they moved them across the border. And no one noticed.

As did David Kay in 2003.

12. The Duerfler report did as well, I believe |
|
said the WMD weren't there, and never were there.
But, what would Chuck Duerfler know, he was only Bush's hand-picked guy to follow-up David Kay? And, Bush rarely picks people for their competence.

7. The Satellites were not working during that removal. |
|
Saddam's techies rendered them useless for that time frame and turned them back on after all the WMDs were safely transported into Syria.

8. That's an upgrade over the standard, garden variety freeper fantasy. |
|
Usually mullets, Charlie Daniels, and small rodents are involved.

9. I've heard that from a number of bush supporters. |
|
I've heard it on a couple of talk shows, on Washington Journal, I even heard from some guy that supposedly has an intelligence background. Of course, the question is, how could we possibly know that? The same way the rumsfeld knew there were WMD north, south, east, and west of Tikrit.
You could never convince these people that this "information" is even questionable. After all, they've heard it right from the top.

10. Freepers can't face that they were lied to by their beloved chimp.. |
|
They should have listened to the experts, like the UN weapons inspectors, Scott Ritter, Joe Wilson etc.

14. This is a story that was given to the Weekly Standard by Doug Feith years ago. |
|
Edited on Wed Jun-20-07 08:23 AM by OmmmSweetOmmm
It's a total bs story and it was a way of Feith (Cheney's lapdog) could justify no WMD found in Iraq. You tell a lie often enough to the uninformed and it becomes the truth....

15. Plausible Deniability In Action...CYA Time |
|
Be assured the biggest kool-aid drinkers will forever claim all sorts of fantasies about this invasion and no matter what proof or facts are presented, they'll stick with the same story line. They need the "big lie" and they will forever blame the loss of this invasion on us "dirty fuckin' hippies" and concoct these story lines that they'll embellish as the years go by to further distance themselves from the blood on their hands.
I always have fun with a Freeper when this specific target comes up...making their head spin with logic. I simply ask to put the shoe on the other foot. If this country were invaded and one of the only ways to repel the invasion would be to use chemical or nuclear weapons...would we do it? The Freeper will quickly give the "hell yes we would"...then I ask them if Saddam, who they claim wanted to hold onto power at all costs...was facing a similar scenario and had WMDs, isn't he a fool for not using them? Then I sit back and watch their heads spin.
