Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY) chairs a Senate Environment & Public Works subcmte. hearing on the EPA's response to 9-11. James Connaughton, Council on Envir. Quality Chairman, is one of the witnesses. The hearing examines the EPA's testing of air quality in Manhattan and federal readiness to handle future emergencies.
