SOMEBODY ASK HIM if 85% of the 311 operators are still privatized contractors without any city benefits? Or any other kind?

This is the good thing he did: instead of having to find the number you need among myriad city agencies, you dial 311 and the operator puts you where you need to be. THIS is the best thing he did.
He also insists on seeing how many complaints people are making about something and keeps on top of the action taken.
NYC.gov is also a fabulous site which, according to today's announcement, has just been made a lot better.
But is this still being done on the backs of hourly workers without any benefits?
