Dumb Bush's take on embryo research |
|
Edited on Wed Jun-20-07 01:59 PM by A wise Man
This idiot has vetoed the possible saving of lives and diseases. "WHY" ? Never mind what he's saying on CNN NOW AT 2:50 PM. He has the gall to say that using these embryo's would destroy a human life form. Scientist says that it is necessary to save and cure lives. These embro's would eventually be destroyed anyway. The worst of his speech is that there are those idiots in the audience that keep applauding this fool.

. . . I think he's so concerned about embryos because he is, after all an embryo.

5. Oh my God! Does ANYBODY ever call him out on this shit?? |

Seriously, I would love to hear a reporter then stand up and say, "Well, Mr. President, war is the destruction of human life, but we are paying through the NOSE for that. Care to elaborate?" :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
Not only that, but what about the human lives that are being destroyed by the diseases that could be helped or cured through stem cell research? How do these people not understand the concept that these embryos will be destroyed ANYWAY? Why not put them to good and noble use?

7. so I keep wondering - who really profits from this veto? |
|
I know he has no moral basis for this. And he is not looking to be re-elected for anything.
So somebody, somewhere stands to make some money.
Who is it?
