Oh, and for the record, I don't see anything "bad" happening at all.

Unless of course you count some tension at Georgetown cocktail parties and taxpayer-funded gala luncheons as "bad."

4. The worst thing would be a temporary disruption of the Government
Things should be cleared up and working fine by February 2009 when the next Democratic President takes office.

6. I'll help to keep this one up
I asked the same question more or less a few days ago. I think we should put it on the table and let the process work it way through and if we can't get a conviction in the senate then so be it at least we tried. Our constitution is in peril whether anyone wants to admit it or not and it is my duty as a citizen of these United States to try to do something about it.
