And now McNulty goes under oath to 'explain' his inaccurate testimony earlier...CSPAN3

He blamed Goodling and Sampson for not informing him.

Goodling testified she did inform him and he failed to testify fully while under oath.

This should be a good one.

2. And so if he has already lied under oath, why do they think he is going
to tell the truth now? What are the consequences for lying under oath to this committee?

5. This is typical procedure when someone is suspected as having lied under oath...
... the Committee calls them back and asks about the inconsistencies and gives them a chance to 'revise' their testimony and/or 'explain' what they really meant in the earlier testimony(hopefully to show no intent to lie under oath).

7. Goodling heard what McNulty told Sen Schumer and she essentially called him a liar...
... when she testified under oath.

Also remember that Gonzales has hung the scapegoat tap on McNulty as having 'signed off' on the firings and knew the most about the reasons why they were fired.
