Accordin to an article in the Ptown paper the girl's and their families haven't decided whether to file a lawsuit or not, but I reckon if they get a glimpse of this it shouldn't be too hard to make up their mind. The article also said the driver that tossed the girls off the bus, a longtime veteran knew he was supposed to call the office before he threw anyone off, much less a couple of teen girls. He's been *disciplined* according to Trimet but they won't say what or how... This is very discouraging that this sorta shit is happening in Portland Oregon.

Trimet Drivers’ Email List: Circulating Photos of Gay Girls Allegedly Kicked Off the Bus
Posted by Amy J. Ruiz on Mon, Jun 18 at 5:00 PM

As Matt Davis reported earlier today, there are apparently photos of two gay girls—girls who were allegedly kicked off a Trimet bus for kissing—circulating among Trimet drivers.

7. I would guess no.
It seems to me it can't be a felony to post someone's photo, even if it is a photo of a minor.

8. What's up with these anti-sex conservatives today
First they throw a seventeen year old teenager in jail for 10 years for making out with a girl two years younger now this. These so-called religious freaks need to get a life.

9. The driver is a reactionary morAn, but...
Girls and boys
boys and boys
girls and girls
humans and box turtles

shouldn't be kissing on the school bus.

10. It wasn't a school bus
It was a TriMet (public transportation) bus.

14. Oops, I didn't know what Trimet was...
And since they were teenagers, I just assumed. My apologies. On a city bus, I don't care what anyone does. The driver, like I said, is a reactionary morAn.

Thanks for setting me straight though.

15. Well, I ride the city bus, so I don't understand why you don't care
what anyone does on a city bus. What, anything goes just cause it's a city bus? For one, you can't eat or drink on a city bus. I don't know what the rules are regarding public displays of affection, but I ride it every week day and I've never seen anyone kissing on the bus.

16. Waaaaiiiit a minute
I didn't mean that as a blanket statement that I don't care what goes on. I meant it as it pertained to my original statement about people kissing. I don't care who kisses whom on a city bus.

18. So why didn't they arrest the girls and make them register as sex offenders?
I mean they were both underage. They could have brought them up on morals charges at least.
