I actually think Cheney has a point.

I actually think Cheney has a point.
Under the US Constitution, namely:

Article. II. - The Executive Branch
Section 1 - The PresidenT

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice-President chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows...


I think Cheney was accurate when he said that his position as VP is "not an entity within the Executive Branch".

Seeing as how neither he nor GWB were elected in the first place...
