Thousands arrive ... to honor 9 South Carolina firefighters killed in blaze" rant
<snip>

Among those expected for the service were former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee -- both presidential candidates -- as well as Barbara Richardson, wife of Democratic New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, who is also running.

But South Carolina Firefighters Association President Joe Palmer said dignitaries would be seated at the back, well away from firefighters' families.

"This event is about the firemen who were lost -- honoring them and their families. It is not a political event and shouldn't be politicized in any way," said Jeff Zack, a spokesman for the International Association of Firefighters.

SHOULD NOT, NOT, NOT BE POLITICIZED! Get the hell away from those familes you creeps. No one wants to vote for any of you anyway.

1. In the dark of night the caskets arrive....
no one to witness, no one to notice. The soldiers who gave all return home.

2. How many funerals for troops killed in Iraq or Afghanistan have they attended?
These politicians are really sick people.

3. This is their chance to show that they are human
since going to soldiers funerals would show them responsible.

Don't know about Richardson but the others...."We are so sorry they died protecting you. War? Others? Why who do you mean? They come in the dark and we can't see them."

4. Guiliani HAD to show up
Since all news reports keep mentioning that this "Was the greatest loss of firefighters since 9/11", Giuliani figured this would be a perfect opportunity to remind the nation he was the "9/11 mayor"...

5. Believe me, we don't want them here.
And only respect for the families of those firefighters keeps us from turning out en masse to tell them so.

6. They have no respect.
Rudy let his firemen go to their death and even afterwords with all that deadly dust swirling around. It's just a slap in the face as far as I'm concerned.
