People to Bush, the GOP and the Congress: the Constitution is not Negotiable
The people have spoken and they are pissed. Bush's war on terrorism has failed to make us safe, yet he wants our Democracy for his efforts. I was tempted to write that Bush should be given an ultimatum: end the war or be impeached! But, in fact, he should be impeached, tried, convicted, jailed and turned over to the Hague for war crimes trials anyway. This is not negotiable. The constitution is not negotiable. American Democracy is not negotiable. The time for making nice-nice is over!

As I wrote recently, the people themselves have a remedy. There is sure to be a Federal Judge friendly to a petition to convene a Federal Grand Jury for the purpose of investigating a smorgasbord of charges against a crime syndicate better known as the Bush administration. Find that judge! Your honor, if you should read this blog, we have a job for you. Convene a grand jury to investigate George W. Bush and his entire, crooked gang. You will have probable cause in spades.

If the Congress will not end this war, this crooked administration, the people must! Enough of this crap is enough!

2. The Dems have too many lily livered people in the house and senate
who are afraid to impeach this gang because they are afraid of what the country would think. Hell, Bush is at 26% and Cheney is probably down at around 5 or 10% by now and as I say in another thread if the Dems actually take the bull by the horn and impeach this stinking bunch the country would probably give em a standing ovation. Bush and Cheney are hated by many. Throw those bums out or better yet throw em out and into prison.

6. Well if Reid would call for Bush's impeachement and say pure and simple lets get the fuck out of
Iraq now! his approval rating would probably skyrocket.

8. or if he looked at bush like a lame duck
and put his energy into health care for all, lower interest rates on college loans. Keeping the middle class by stopping or at least limiting the outsourcing of our jobs. Then there is the homeless, getting out of Iraq...... Crime in America....

But hell lets try and impeach bush. Lets investigate what cheney knew and when he knew it and impeach him too. I know how about spending weeks on investigating Gonzales and have it go nowhere.

7. The Hague is too good for them
Why not imprison them in Florence ADX? Or how about, y'know, Gitmo?

9. I'm regret to say ...
that SCOTUS ruled otherwise on Dec 12, 2000. Although 2 members have changed since then, I would be surprised if that ruling is reversed in my lifetime. Except in self-defense.
