based on past history.
you've got your Herbert Hoover (mining engineer) and your Jimmy Carter (nuclear engineer) both much better as expresidents than presidents.
so I think the electrical engineering not a good plan, either. Of course, both of the former ones who tried did actualy work as engineers for a period of time, Bloomberg was simply a businessman and a trader, not a working engineer.
