I would like to request links, verbiage etc . regarding good Democratic talking points

for a beginner. I have a colleague at work and she would like to show-up her republican co-workers, who are definitely the majority here, she wants to comeback with Democratic positives, repug negatives. I just don't know where to start...she doesn't either. I did give stuff of Democrats who support the 2nd Amendment and the taxation issues....but that's as far as I went. I thought asking here could expedite my search with help form colleagues.
