Is it just me or is every insurgent in Iraq now Al Qaida?

No more body counts of Sunni insurgents. Everybody is an Al Qaida? How do they tally the body counts of Al Qaida considering they don't wear uniforms. I thought there were only a few thousand foreign fighters in Iraq anyway? At this rate there should only be a thousand or 2 left.
