But he's so obviously Photoshopped in, even his shadow is very different from those of the skeletons.

He's not doing an anal exam -- but the movie IS an examination of our health care! Note that the "pinky" finger is uncovered! I thought that was ingenious!

4. The movie is getting outstanding reviews. Just heard Roeper and his compatriot Sunday night.
