Darth Cheney - What ever will our leadership do?

The New York Times editorial is benign, considering the topic. They only accuse him of breaking laws.
The Washington Times complains about him
The Washington Post is in the middle of a four part series ripping the secrecy off of the vice president's office.
The LATimes accuses (correctly) Cheney of eroding Americans' rights.
Even the conservative Chicago Tribune complained about Cheney's office and history.

What do we know? We know that Cheney was at the bottom of Abu Grhaib, Gitmo, torture, military commisions, and the general trashing of the geneva conventions.
We know that Haliburton commited major fraud, to his personal benefit.
We know they Cheney personally approve billions in no bid contracts.
We know that he has lied to congress, deliberately ignore laws, and destroyed evidence sought by Congress.


So, given the past track record of Democrats in power (And DON'T EVEN THINK about mentioning a lack of a veto-proof majority. A majority is just that - a majority)
here is the question:

HOW WILL CONGRESS REACT TO THE GROWING REVELATIONS OF WRONGDOING AND CRIMES BY THE VICE PRESIDENT?
