MSNBC: "Believe it or not, Al Gore might be up for a Nobel Prize"
"Believe it or not" my ass. (News "teaser" they just broadcasted.)

Screw you, MSNBC, not all of us voted for the frat boy we would "rather have a beer with" for Presient of the United States.

1. Belive It Or Not MSNBC
WE Dems talk less about Hillary than you guys do every day and guess what else...no matter how much money Hillary can raise if Al Gore decides at some time HE wants to run for president WE will pretty much ALL support HIM

3. And it won't be only Dems backing him, either. So put that in your
pipe, MSNBC, but don't smoke it. We need to cut back on bad air emissions.

15. Only if it's safe. Like it was last time in my state. Fortunately,
I live in a relatively blue state with hand counted paper ballots in many areas. I feel far more secure in our regional voting system than I do about many other states. :(

41. Actually, Contessa isn't as bad as most of them.
She actually gave Imus what-for when one of his cronies was being a sexist pig.

She's just told what to say.

This just shows their fear of Gore, because they know Al Gore would beat Jeb Bush in 2008.

12. Ahh...you must be talking about the dumber-than-dumb Contessa.
She's been batting .000 today on MSGOP between her bitching about the Dems taking more than 7 minutes for their conference speeches and now this back-hand at Gore.

Contessa personifies the term media whore.

14. MSNBC- Do you call this journalism?
I don't, and have studied journalism. What is your excuse for this sorry assed bit of yellow cake?

I would be far more likely to be ok with a line like 'Believe it or not, George Bush can spell the words "Nobel Prize".'
That contains actual man bites dog information. And I don't believe that 'might be up for' is as accurate as 'has been nominated for.'

I bet he's going to win it. I hope he announces from the podium.

Nothing but Reich-wing has-beens and wannabees (except for KO) and the comments are pissing me off. I expect that shit from Tweety, but I'm sick of their pandering. They want more viewers, skew left and skew fast.

40. LOL !
There goes the coffee...I shouldn't be laughing because of the seriousness regarding the end of the 4th, but you people are cracking me up!

It seems like whenever the MSM seems to be coming to their senses again, something like this comes along and shatters that illusion.

42. The only reason Matthews and Russert were somewhat forthcoming with pressure.
Maybe treason is a little harsh but they stretch the meaning of journalism in avoiding the bullet. Their momentary honesty is not voluntary or does not reflect journalistic integrity.

23. "Believe it or not" should be the required caveat for all news announcements, especially Fox.
Like, back in 2003, "Believe it or not, Iraq has weapons of mass destruction."

Like, back in 2004, "Believe it or not, george bush won the election."

Like, to this very day, "Believe it or not, Rush Limbaugh is an idiot." Oh. Wait. Nevermind.

26. It sounds more like an "it's raining awards on Gore" type of disbelief.
Like, he's up for an Oscar, best-selling book, possible run for President, another book (that is going to BLOW PEOPLE AWAY) coming out in May...and now a Nobel Prize?

Damn.

I think that's what she meant.

Yes we believe it, because Al Gore has worked tirelessly to do good for the entire world.
