Is America being held hostage by the likes of bushco* and their henchmen
is NSA spying why our democratic leaders are reluctant to do anything to the boy king and his handlers? are they being blackmailed? I personally think I'm right on all of this.

1. Maybe the Democratic leadership and quite a few Dems really are that incompetent?
I mean, the party could hardly be called a party in any real sense. In a practical sense, it's little more than a coalition of disparate interests, and they often fight each other, and the result is paralysis or incompetent leadership or both.

2. Been going on for decades, madokie. BushInc should've been permanently derailed
in 1993. But they ended up growing STRONGER away from congressional scrutiny throughout the 90s.

Why?

4. Dem powerstucture has congress believing that THEY are the only ones
who understand how to win and succeed and that it is best to keep their powder dry through 2008.

Then in 2009 when THEY take office they will say it's time to move on and continue to side with secrecy and privilege - same path they took in 1993.

5. If it is blackmail, that would mean that congress members are putting

their own political careers before the good of the country. That would make them selfish cowards of the worst sort, and should be run out of town on a rail. I wonder if the truth will ever come out.
