course, he DIDN'T deny that's what their tactic is now.
Milbank also predicted that there's NO WAY dems will get past the magic 60 vote mark in the Senate, so that moots Lugar/Voinovich right there, yes?

There is NO "MIDDLE PATH" in a war crime, just as there's no "middle path" regarding rape!! It's criminal whether done once or a hundred times and it's wrong whether done for 5 minutes or 50 minutes or by one person or by 100 people. There can be no compromise with evil! Criminal is criminal.
