He looked better with the beard.

. . . . . . Gore as "Wayne Newton" . . . . . . . . . . . . . Gore as "Will Riker"

2. Many Americans do. And news reporters for some reason are obsessed with looks
Not that they'll ever identify Fred Thompson or Giuliani as the Nosferatu doubles they are.

9. You must be one of those Star Wars people
Will Ryker (I spelled it wrong above) is the pale residue of that which was once the Shat.

8. Either way...
None of the idiots the conservatives put up have half of the electability (beard or no beard) of Al Gore. Add to that a hell of a sense of humor and the wisdom and courage to lead our nation, every conservative would look like a pathetic wennie next to Big Al.

But for the record, as a woman who generally likes my men hairless, Al with a beard is beyond hot.:loveya:

13. What about Mitt Romney's poor mentally damaged for life dog?
Who had the shit scared out of him on a road trip. Literally.....

For the record, I'd vote for Gore if he got a mohawk, or even a reverse mohawk. He could go with the damn Mr. T look and he'd still be better than anyone else currently running.

Though I would advise him to skip the 200 pounds of gold jewelry if he went with the last option.

17. Romney should have his human being status canceled
That poor baby. They should strap Mittens on top of a car and see how he likes it.

I don't see Al in gold jewelry although "I pity the fool" does have a nice ring for
a campaign slogan. lol

29. He strapped his dog to the top of a car?
What a piece of shit!!

I just lost my beloved companion of 15 years on the day my daughter was born (June 8) and I would have given anything for him to have lived even a few days longer. Strap him to the top of a car??? NEVER.

14. He started growing the beard immediately after the 2000 election was stolen.
The other picture is probably a couple years later. And he had put on a little weight between the two.
