Here's an article at espn.com that also contains a little side bar outlining recent WWE deaths. Looks like that organization is something of a petri dish.

1. Steroids were prescription drugs.

Seems the steroids were there by prescription. I don't know what he was taking them for but there was a prescription for them.

A lot of the press had failed to report this. Maybe they were trying to make him look bad..Goodness knows killing your son and your wife was bad enough, why hide the prescription fact.

2. I am sure it's pretty easy for WWE'ers to get scripts for anabolics

and anything else, since they have "company doctors".

and reporting that Benoit was on anabolics mitigates this disaster, it doesn't make it worse.
