The producer of Hardball said yesterday that Elizabeth Edwards called in advance to be given air time and that it was cleared through Annthrax.
There was no ambush. What did Coultergeist think they were going to do? Exchange their favorite recipe?

I mean, look what show we're talking about. We're not exactly talking about the epitome of ethics in public discourse, you know. And, the producer's word means exactly fuck-all to me. Although the target is uncharacteristic of their general political stance, I believe that it could very well have been an ambush situation.

And, I can't possibly think of someone I'd rather see get ambushed on TV than mAnn Coulter.

If someone associated with that show were to tell me that the sun was likely to rise in the east tomorrow morning, I'd seek independent confirmation before believing it. Sorry, I've heard WAY too many lies coming from that show to start believing them now, when the lies (if they are lies) are in our favor.

I'm not saying that I DON'T believe that producer. I'm saying that her association with Hardball makes her not a trustworthy source for any information.
