OBAMA PASSES MARK OF 250,000 CONTRIBUTORS!!!!!!!!

This is unprecedented! What did Dean have by the 2nd quarter of 2003?

This is biiger news than the money raised really. And many have never done anything political in their lives!!!

All of these contributors are likely to volunteer, and most gave so little they can give again and again.

Obama could outraise Hillary 2 to 1 in the end for the primary thanks to this fact!

At 150,000 a quarter, Obama will probably have over 600,000 contributors by Iowa...

What do you all think of this feat?

1. That's great!
Too bad his campaign is completely dead, though, according to some of the Hillary-lovers on DU. :eyes:

3. He lost one here today, after his stupid comments on impeachment.
And I sure as hell would like to get my money back.
:grr:

4. You thought he was going to come out in favor of impeachment before you gave him the money?

I'm just saying, Kucinich is the only one who has publicly supported impeachment. Did you really think he was going to try and impeach when you gave him the money in the first place?

5. That particular issue had not come up with him as far as I knew then.
I ASSUMED he would have some balls. Apparently I was wrong. It happens.

6. If you truly contributed to his campaign
and have some balls yourself you should call his campaign and ask for your money back and then there will be no need to whine about it. There has never been even the slightest indication that Obama would be supporting impeachment and come to think of it I don't recall any U.S. Senator calling for impeachment.

7. I am not whining and I don't really want my money back.
Nobody but me is to blame for the fact I imagined Obama would be a patriot. I was wrong and I paid for that ignorance. Now the situation is resolved. Okay?

13. It's okay. We all are frustrated for one reason or other.
It's just that our seeming inability to actually get something done is maddening. I write letters to my "representatives" and get pablum (if anything) for a response and it just makes me crazy so I'm looking for someplace to bitch.
No offense. :-)
