Story behind the picture: While sitting on my balcony at a resort on Lake Chelan I watched the workers start to arrive for a banquet later in the afternoon. The workers were hispanic and some had their children with them, day care is not an option when your paid the way these people are.

When the banquet started I went downstairs, fixed a plate from the plentiful buffet set up and found a table. I saw the kids of those serving the food off by themselves and decided with the heat they would probably love a soft drink. They would take a root beer and go off alone to drink it. My image may seem exploitive but I hope to tell their story in more detail soon.

And spent much of that time on tour buses, and most of them not being top-of-the-line, I can say yes, there is a difference.

Tour buses don't have oars, although occasionally we did have a drummer.
