Alberto Gonzales' Not-Welcome Party at the Seattle Westin
http://www.washblog.com/story/2007/6/28/153120/734

Our favorite Attorney General was whisked in and out of the downtown Westin to make a presentation to "a gathering of about 50 technology executives about the Justice Department's efforts to combat intellectual property theft and cyber crime." But not without a spirited protest from a quickly assembled early-morning band of disgruntled patriots.

A few days ago, the Gonzales event was advertised as open to the public and sponsored by the (anti-science) Discovery Institute. Then suddenly it wasn't. A number of RSVP'd attendees found themselves uninvited, including my teenage nephew.

The protest attracted lots of honks and thumbs-up, a few people who joined us briefly on their way to work, and curious tourists. But many also passed by seemingly indifferent or uncomfortable.

Lots of pics at the link.

3. is supporting Air America a bad thing?
I know things have changed over time but maybe they originally supported AA coming to a liberal radio starved town but have adjusted their support over time?
