BAGHDAD: Twenty beheaded bodies were discovered on Thursday on the banks of the Tigris River southeast of Baghdad, and a parked car bomb killed another 22 persons in one of the capital’s busy outdoor bus stations, police said.

The bodies — all men aged 20 to 40 years old — had their hands and legs bound, and some of the heads were found next to the bodies, two officers said on condition of anonymity because they were not authorised to release the information. snip

Meanwhile, a parked car bomb ripped through a transport hub in Baghdad’s Baiyaa neighbourhood at morning rush hour, killing 22 persons and wounding 50, another officer said on the same condition.

1. Al Jazeera is a good source...
I don't check the US media for Iraq news anymore.

I used to update another message board with the bombings that were always going on, the only two places that ever seem to cover it are the BBC and Al-Jazeera. MSNBC will put something up if it's particularly horrific....but otherwise, the silence of the American media is deafening.

But Paris Hilton got out of jail this week!!!

2. That is because there is terror to spread from London
And then there is Paris, did you know she is out of jail?

The viewers of the US corporate media are not interested in what happens in Iraq because war is sad. If you don't pay attention then you can pretend it isn't real.
