NY Daily News: Bush is "DEAD DUCK WALKING"

The finer print says "Bush now worse than lame duck after immigration bill's defeat."

4. And Colbert lauded Luger's timing of his opposition to the war:
opposing the war after it's too late to act. He noted that given the time the senator's office claimed the speech took to write, it's writing began before the senator voted to continue funding the war.

"It shows that it's never too late to do what it's too late to do."

3. If only that were true
The funding for the war, the lack of time tables for withdrawal and SCOTUS that stinks up the nation all reflect that he doesn't have to walk any more, or even waddle, he has done the damage he set out to do. The question that remains, will he give up his throne.
