Who is in charge of Iraq's Homeland Security? Malaki? Chalabi? Who?
If car bombs were going off every day here in the US blowing up our citizens to smithereens don't you think someone just might get called onto the carpet over it after a few years of that happening?

Are we still paying Chalabi to be doing something in Iraq? How much are we paying that thug? What is his job? Does he ever leave the Green Zone? If we are paying him he needs to be subpoenaed to appear before congress to answer some questions. If he doesn't show up stop paying him and kick his ass out of the Green Zone.

1. It's not so much that we are paying Chalabi
It's that we are paying him off, I suspect.
